This notebook is based on a Jupyter Notebook I wrote a while back that involves calculating a variety of physicochemical properties (using ChemAxon tools and RDKit) and creating plots using Seaborn, the original notebook is here.
Before running I restarted the kernel and cleared output.
The Intel MacBook Pro took 1 minute 3 seconds
The M1 MacBook Pro took 51 seconds.
